Chrystal was amazing! As a first-time home buyer, I was nervous about the whole process, but Chrystal was always there to answer my questions and concerns. She gave amazing advice and was a strong advocate for me during negotiations. We went through a lot of back-and-forth with the seller, and I appreciate all the hard work and effort she put into ensuring I got the best deal possible. Chrystal was punctual, super responsive, and sent documents without delay. She would check in, send reminders, and make sure everything was on track from my end too.
